Massage, Yoga Therapy, & Mindful Art
“We are volcanoes. When we women offer our experience as our truth, as human truth, all the maps change. There are new mountains.”

MA, LMT, C-IAYT
Licensed Massage Therapist, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Mindful Art and Yoga Teacher
My passion is combining science and tradition to help each person thrive. When individual humans grow and heal, so does our world.
I draw on massage, self-study, and the traditions of yoga to help people move toward specific goals – whether physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual. Some people come to me for injury recovery, others to cope with anxiety or chronic stress, or sometimes just because they want to explore themselves more deeply.
When I am not working or practicing, you can find me painting, practicing taekwondo, walking my dogs, or checking out way more library books than I can possibly read before they are due.
My background and experience include a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples & Family Counseling; 500 hours of yoga teacher training, 85 hours of prenatal-specific yoga training, and 800 hours of yoga therapy education; as well as specialized training in mindful art, pelvic floor health, pelvic massage, and postpartum health.
